You can return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Unless otherwise noted, the refund will be for the full value of the returned items. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Orders@Clevelandgolf.ca to obtain authorization and a return number. Then, return the items in their original product packaging, to the address identified on the order packing list and inside your account. Orders returned prior to contacting us will result in the delay of obtaining refunds.

Please include the following:
- Your Name
- Your Order Number
- The Product you are returning
- The reason for your return
We will send you a Return Number (RA#) that you must include on the package; otherwise, we may not be able to track your return. We will also send instructions to go to your unique link for a prepaid UPS return label.
Credit for the returned items is applied to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. A refund will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 business days of the date that the return has been accepted.
If the return is a result of our error, Cleveland Golf/Srixon will compensate you for the return shipping.
Refunds, Credits and Balances Due
Your credit card should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.
